At The Training Lab, we offer in-person sessions at our studio, or we can travel to your home to fit your workouts into your busy lifestyle.

How to Get Started
All personal training at The Training Lab is by appointment only to ensure you receive focused, individualized attention. We start every new client with a free assessment to learn about your goals, fitness level, and any specific needs. From there, we’ll create a custom plan and match you with a trainer based on availability and fit.
