Your program will be specifically tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring faster results and minimizing the risk of injury. At The Training Lab, we offer in-person sessions at our studio, or we can travel to your home to fit your workouts into your busy lifestyle.

  • \Semi-Private Training: Group sessions for 2-4 people – $150 per hour

  • Virtual Training: Sessions available for 30, 45, or 60 minutes – $100 per hour (pro-rated)

How to Get Started

All personal training at The Training Lab is by appointment only to ensure you receive focused, individualized attention. We start every new client with a free assessment to learn about your goals, fitness level, and any specific needs. From there, we’ll create a custom plan and match you with a trainer based on availability and fit.
